Websites, booking and automation.

Built, launched and looked after by one person. A site that brings in enquiries, booking that takes payment while you sleep, and follow-up that happens whether or not you remember it.

Most small businesses do not lose work to competitors. They lose it in the gaps.

The enquiry that sat in an inbox

Somebody wanted to book on a Saturday night. You saw it on Tuesday. By then they had gone somewhere that answered.

The reminder that never went out

No confirmation, no nudge the day before. Two no-shows a week is a day's income a month, every month.

The client who quietly stopped

They did not complain. They just stopped booking, and nothing ever went out to bring them back.

None of that is a marketing problem. It is a

wiring problem, and wiring is fixable.

What you get, in plain terms.

A site that looks like the business

you are trying to be

Designed properly, quick on a phone, and written so somebody can tell within five seconds whether you are for them.

Booking and payment that runs without you

People pick the slot they want, pay or leave a deposit, and get a confirmation straight away. You stop being the diary.

Follow-up that happens anyway

Reminders before appointments, a review request after, and a message to the client who has not been back in three months. Set up once, runs for good.

Nothing to learn unless you want to

You get full access to everything. Whether you ever log in is up to you.

One person whose job it is to make sure it happens

Not a login and good luck. Every month you get a report showing what actually

went out and what came back.

not "from".

Monthly report, monthly call

Two ways to pay for it.

Pay for the build

Half to start, half on go-live, then your monthly support level from there. Cheapest overall.

Spread it

A small deposit, then one fixed monthly for twelve months that covers the build and the support together. At month thirteen the build is paid off and the monthly drops to the support price on its own.

Some jobs do not fit a package.

Booking platforms, membership and course areas, multi-site systems, client portals,

AI systems built into how you already work and software built from scratch around how your business actually runs.

I am currently building a multi-site coaching platform from the ground up.

These get scoped, not priced off a web page. It starts with a paid discovery piece

over about three weeks, and what comes out of it is a specification you own

whether or not I go on to build it.

AI

Most businesses are using about

five percent of what AI can do.

Most businesses are using about five percent of what AI can do.

Not because they are behind. Because everyone keeps telling them they should be using it, and nobody has explained what for.

For: you want to know what AI could actually do in your business, before spending anything on building it.

AI Audit

£747

Half a day inside your business working out where your time really goes. You get a short written document: the three or four things AI should be doing for you, what each one is worth in hours, what it costs to build, and what data it touches.

If you want them built, I build them, and you get one fixed number before anything starts.

Everything runs in your own accounts, on your own billing. Your customers’ details do not go into AI tools, and I do not put them there either.

Questions people actually ask.

Questions people actually ask.

How long does a build take?

About six weeks from the day your content lands with me. Builds slow down waiting for text and photos, so I tell you exactly what I need on day one.

Do I own the website?

You own your domain, your data, your client list and your payment accounts, permanently.

I already have a website. Does that change things?

That is a switchover: rebuild, move your content across, and redirect the old links so your search rankings survive the move. Priced on the call once I have looked at what you have.

Do the prices go up?

Once a year at most and capped.

What is not included?

Anything past your monthly hours, at £75 an hour agreed in writing first. Text messages are billed on at cost. Email sending is included whatever your normal volume.

Who actually does the work?

Me. There is no account manager, nothing offshore, and nobody you have not spoken to.

Will my data be used to train the AI?

Not on anything I set up. Where a system runs on its own it uses developer access, which the providers do not train on by default and which comes with a data processing agreement. Where a person signs in and does the work, training is a setting rather than a fact, so I turn it off and show you where it lives so you can check it yourself. If your team is already using AI without anyone having looked at that setting, it is worth ten minutes whether or not you ever work with me.

Do I need the audit before you build anything?

No. If you already know what you want built, that is a project rather than an audit, and it gets scoped and quoted the same way as anything else on this page. The audit is for the much more common situation: knowing AI should be doing something for you, and having no idea what.

Book a thirty minute call.

Book a thirty

minute call.

Thirty minutes. You tell me what you are trying to do, I tell you whether I can do it and what it costs. If it is not a fit I will say so on the call rather than send you a proposal.
