Who runs this site

This site is operated by Andreas Chrysostomou, trading as Chrysós Systems, a sole trader based at 10 Thornapple View, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 8WF. You can reach me at [email protected].

What this site is for

This site describes the services I offer and how I work. It is general information, not advice for your particular situation, and nothing on it forms a contract or an offer capable of acceptance.

Prices shown are correct at the time of publishing and are for the services described. The price for your project is confirmed to you in writing before any work begins, and that written figure is the one that counts.

Work I do for clients

These terms cover the website only. If you engage me, our working relationship is governed by the services agreement you sign, together with its schedules. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

Using the site

You may look at the site, and print or download extracts for your own use or to share with somebody else in your organisation. Please do not:

- use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage or disrupt it

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or database behind it

- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from it

- use any content for commercial purposes without my written permission

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, graphics, code and the Chrysós Systems name and logo, belongs to me or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you.

Work I produce for a client is dealt with in that client’s agreement, not here.

Links to other sites

Where I link to somebody else’s site, it is because I think it is useful. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

I aim to keep the site available, but I do not guarantee it will always be up or free of errors. I may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything on it. If you are using the site as a consumer rather than for business, this paragraph does not affect your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. This version was published on 29th August 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
